About the Role

You'll lead the end-to-end implementation of Monday.com, partnering with stakeholders to streamline processes, improve workflow efficiency and drive successful adoption across the team.

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Monday.com across Brand and Marketing.
• Partner closely with Fruition to design and deliver best-practice solutions.
• Review and streamline existing workflows, processes and ways of working.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption and change.
• Deliver training, coaching and ongoing support to team members.
• Track project outcomes and report on implementation success and benefits realisation.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

About You

• Proven project management experience, ideally within digital transformation or systems implementation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
• Passion for process improvement and innovation.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Experience with Monday.com (or similar platforms) highly regarded.
