About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Exercise Physiologist to assess, prescribe and supervise evidence-based exercise programs for Brain & Body Fitness members, including BBF Plus clients. You will support people living with chronic and neurological conditions through high-quality assessments, regular reviews and safe exercise delivery, while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and contributing to the day-to-day operation of the studio.

What you’ll bring to the team

• Tertiary qualifications in Clinical Exercise Physiology and current ESSA accreditation.
• Well-developed communication skills and the ability to build rapport with members from diverse ages, cultures and backgrounds
• The ability to provide clear, professional advice and education to members and stakeholders
• Strong clinical reasoning skills to deliver safe and effective exercise programs supported by evidence-based practice
• The ability to reflect on clinical and non-clinical practice and work confidently within scope
• Excellent written communication skills, including treatment notes, NDIS progress reports and referral letters

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Growth and Impact, the Client Services Officer will play a central role in providing professional reception, administration, coordination and stakeholder support across the MESHA office.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be the welcoming first point of contact for program participants, visitors, stakeholders and enquiries, while also supporting program delivery, research administration, office coordination, events, meetings and internal operations.

The role is ideal for someone who is organised, responsive and confident working with a wide range of people, including participants, staff, facilitators, contractors, research partners and external stakeholders.

• Experience in a front-facing administration, reception, client services or office coordination role.

About the role

THRFG MESHA Clinical Facilitators deliver purpose developed psychoeducation and mental health skills programs to current and former Australian military members and emergency service personnel groups. Supported by an experienced program delivery team the Military & Emergency Services Cultural competency and GEARS 12wk workshop program consists of 2x3hr sessions/wk, your primary responsibilities would be:

• Deliver and facilitate workshops in line with program objectives
• Foster participant engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing throughout delivery
• Provide leadership and guidance to teaching teams during workshop delivery
• Contribute to the development of facilitator capability building and best practice
• Support workshop program planning, evaluation and continuous improvement

About you

• Qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or similar
• Military or Emergency Services lived experience or demonstrated experience working with these populations
• Willingness to undertake training in Military and Emergency Service Cultural Competency
• Experience delivering training or facilitating groups (highly regarded)
• Background working in a mental health setting
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to build trust and support diverse stakeholder engagement
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and enthusiastic team contributor

About you

• Relevant qualifications as a Registered Nurse, Allied Health Professional or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration
• At least 2 years’ experience in clinical governance, quality improvement or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of clinical governance frameworks, accreditation standards and relevant healthcare legislation (including National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards or equivalent).
• Experience leading or supporting quality improvement initiatives, audits and accreditation activities. 
• Proven ability to analyse clinical, quality and risk data to identify trends and drive improvement initiatives.
• Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and support multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain performance in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

THRFG Parkinson’s are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team as a Parkinson’s Nurse Specialist. This role is a highly autonomous 0.6 FTE position where you will provide individualised support to people in the community living with Parkinson’s Disease. The Hospital Research Foundation Group – Creative Health delivers therapeutic art and diversional programs for brain and spinal rehabilitation, those with cognitive impairment, acute care, mental health, and veteran and emergency first responders suffering symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress.

We are looking for passionate volunteers to assist Diversional Artist and Activity Hub Coordinator, Brad Wilson in delivering a range of services and activities at The Activity Hub, The Repat Health Precinct.

The Activity Hub is a safe space to support patients on their rehabilitation journey, where they can spend time away from clinical spaces and be immersed in a range of activities.  These activities aim to empower patients, improve mental health, reduce anxiety and assist in recovery.

Fitted with a range of equipment, tools and materials, The Activity Hub offers:

We are seeking volunteers to assist us with making calls to our generous supporters at our Annual Giving Day on Thursday, 11th June - a day filled with entertainment, fun and most importantly raising valuable funds for life saving medical research.

• We work around you (we have 2 hour shifts available throughout the day, just let us know when you are available)
• Volunteering your time is a great way to give back to the community!
• You can volunteer your skills and develop new ones. Having skilled volunteers saves THRF Group valuable dollars which means more goes to the cause, while providing amazing support to our team.

Within our Health Programs, we support people living with complex and chronic health conditions including Parkinson's, Stroke and Arthritis, through high-quality allied health and community-based services. This role offers the opportunity to help shape better care experiences and strengthen service delivery across South Australia, the Northern Territory and the ACT.

About the role

We’re seeking a capable and values-driven Practice & Service Development Lead to oversee the clinical and operational performance of a multidisciplinary allied health team (including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Counselling) and support client service coordination and office management functions across THRF Group – Health Programs.

Reporting to the Program Director – Health, you’ll lead a team delivering allied health and support services, ensuring safe, high-quality, evidence-based care. You’ll will play a key role in implementing continuous improvement strategies, service development and optimising the client experience. 

This is a collaborative leadership role suited to someone who enjoys building capability, improving services and working with internal and external stakeholders to make a meaningful difference in the community.

About you

You’ll bring leadership experience in a clinical, allied health or community services environment, along with strong commercial and operational awareness and the following:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and at least five years’ professional experience in a related field.
• Strong understanding of allied health and community service delivery, including service models, funding pathways and billing requirements.
• Experience working within or alongside programs such as NDIS, My Aged Care, Community Home Support Program and Carer Gateway, with NDIS and/or My Aged Care experience highly regarded.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, managing change and driving quality improvement initiatives.
• Highly developed communication, negotiation, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities, make sound decisions and lead effectively under pressure.
• A flexible, innovative and collaborative working style, with a genuine focus on client outcomes and team success.
