About the Role Reporting to the Director of Growth and Impact, the Client Services Officer will play a central role in providing professional reception, administration, coordination and stakeholder support across the MESHA office. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be the welcoming first point of contact for program participants, visitors, stakeholders and enquiries, while also supporting program delivery, research administration, office coordination, events, meetings and internal operations. The role is ideal for someone who is organised, responsive and confident working with a wide range of people, including participants, staff, facilitators, contractors, research partners and external stakeholders. What you’ll bring to the team Reporting to the Director of Growth and Impact you will bring: - Experience in a front-facing administration, reception, client services or office coordination role.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond professionally to enquiries and support a wide range of stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
- Sound computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications, phone systems, databases and customer relationship management systems.
- A high level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Initiative, adaptability and a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement across administrative systems and processes.
- A collaborative and positive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
