  • Current experience as a clinician in the assessment and provision of high-quality clinical care to clients with a variety of muscular skeletal and/or complex conditions
  • Clinical experience working in a community setting to support clients to self-manage muscular skeletal and other health issues
  • Well-developed clinical knowledge, sufficient to enable safe and effective work with appropriate indirect supervision in any area of physiotherapy within THRFG to effectively work in a community setting.
  • Awareness of responsibilities regarding work health and safety
  • Well-developed knowledge of Evidence Based Practice.

What we offer at THRF Group:

  • Flexibility: Experience a work environment free from traditional healthcare setting constraints, offering true autonomy and greater flexibility to shape your work week.
  • Growth Potential: Be part of a rapidly expanding organisation, with opportunities to develop your expertise, access professional development options and future career pathways.
  • More than just a job: Join a team deeply connected to our cause and the positive impact we create in the community.
  • Mission-Driven Impact: Make a tangible difference in the lives of others while developing your skills.
  • Salary Packaging: Maximise your take-home pay with generous salary packaging options.
  • Wellbeing Focus: We're invested in your overall wellbeing and offer a range of supportive benefits to help you thrive.
