As our Program Director – Health Programs, you'll be the driving force behind our chronic disease initiatives, currently focusing on Parkinson’s, Stroke, and Arthritis.  This permanent, full-time position offers an exceptional opportunity to make a profound impact on community health and wellness.

In this key leadership role, you will be accountable for:

• Executing the program’s strategic, operational, and financial goals ensuring excellence in clinical governance and service delivery.
• Leading a multi-disciplinary team to ensure professional practice standards and a high quality of client and patient care.
• Driving business development and advocacy to expand the program’s reach and impact.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and current AHPRA Registration or relevant professional body.
• At least 5 years post registration experience in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic business development, advocacy, and grant application
• The ability to lead and work effectively and collaboratively with a dynamic multi-disciplinary team.
