Spinnaker Health Research Foundation has a proud 27-year history servicing the southern Perth community. In October 2023, Spinnaker Health Research Foundation joined The Hospital Research Foundation Group, which will see a new and impactful chapter for the organisation. Spinnaker strives to pioneer the next great discovery and priorities research that translates findings to clinical practice, ensuring the best possible diagnosis, treatment and care for patients.

OFFICE VOLUNTEER ROLE

• Our office volunteers would ideally be available a couple of days a week. If you only have availability for mornings or afternoons, we are happy to offer flexibility for the right volunteer.
• The suitable volunteer will need to be available to work from the Spinnaker office in Fremantle.

We are looking for friendly, well-spoken, organised individuals to be our first point of contact at our shared office, customer-facing space. The purpose of this role is to:

• Meet and greet all visitors to our office. 
• Answering phones and directing calls
• Putting together information packs
• Scanning documents
• Posting mail
• Adding client details into gestalt/dynamics
• General data entry

As a volunteer you will ideally have:

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
