Spinnaker Health Research Foundation, a charity of The Hospital Research Foundation Group (THRF Group), is seeking a fundraising professional to develop, manage and grow a portfolio of financial supporters of THRF Group in Western Australia (WA).  Working closely with both our local and national teams, you will enjoy a supportive and dedicated environment focused on amplifying our mission.

About you

We're looking for an energetic, results orientated individual who excels at deepening supporter engagement through authentic relationship management across the donor journey. You will also have:

  • 5 years’ experience in a fundraising supporter engagement role or a business development, relationship-based sales/customer service role
  • Current knowledge of the philanthropic landscape, Trusts and Foundations and developing those networks and relationships in WA
  • Experience with Major Gift solicitation and grant writing, highly regarded
  • A curiosity about people and their motivations, to benefit strong relationships
  • Experience within the community, health or profit for purpose sectors is highly desirable
  • A mission focus, willing to innovate and to drive results to make a real difference.
