We are seeking a passionate and creative Video Content Creator to join our Brand and Marketing team (0.4 FTE) and help bring these stories to life across a variety of digital and traditional channels. This is a rare opportunity to combine creativity with purpose. In this hands-on creative role, you'll help tell powerful stories from patients, researchers, supporters and community members whose lives have been impacted by our work. You'll create everything from social media reels and campaign videos to event and fundraising content, helping showcase the real-world impact of life-changing medical research and healthcare programs. What you'll bring to the team Reporting to the Creative Content Manager you will have the following: - Experience creating engaging video and multimedia content across digital and traditional channels.
- Strong filming, editing and storytelling skills, with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Confidence interviewing and building rapport with a diverse range of people.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Photography skills and experience capturing content in both studio and field environments.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A portfolio showcasing content creation projects within the past 2 years.
- Skills in animation (desirable)
- Tertiary qualifications in media, videography, screen production or a related field (desirable)
- Current Driver's Licence and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
- A passion for purpose-driven storytelling and making a positive impact through your work.
