About Us Brain & Body Fitness is part of THRF Group’s Client and Patient Services team, supporting members to improve their health, wellbeing and quality of life through safe, evidence-based exercise programs. We work collaboratively with clients, families, allied health professionals and the broader community to deliver meaningful, person-centred outcomes. About the Role We are seeking a qualified Exercise Physiologist to assess, prescribe and supervise evidence-based exercise programs for Brain & Body Fitness members, including BBF Plus clients. You will support people living with chronic and neurological conditions through high-quality assessments, regular reviews and safe exercise delivery, while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and contributing to the day-to-day operation of the studio. What you’ll bring to the team - Tertiary qualifications in Clinical Exercise Physiology and current ESSA accreditation.
- Well-developed communication skills and the ability to build rapport with members from diverse ages, cultures and backgrounds
- The ability to provide clear, professional advice and education to members and stakeholders
- Strong clinical reasoning skills to deliver safe and effective exercise programs supported by evidence-based practice
- The ability to reflect on clinical and non-clinical practice and work confidently within scope
- Excellent written communication skills, including treatment notes, NDIS progress reports and referral letters
- The ability to create a positive, engaging and safe exercise environment
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and perform under pressure
- A genuine commitment to ongoing professional development
