As a Supporter Engagement Officer, you'll help strengthen relationships with our valued donors, providing vital admin and engagement support to grow our supporter base and deliver outstanding experiences. We’re looking for individuals with: - 2+ years’ experience in supporter engagement, fundraising, or relationship-focused roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (Dynamics CRM preferred).
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Compassionate communicator with confidence engaging a diverse range of people.
- Proactive team player with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Valid driver’s licence, willingness to travel, and ability to meet THRFG compliance requirements.
About the Role Reporting to the Senior Manager – Supporter Engagement, you will: - Build and maintain strong relationships with supporters and stakeholders across THRFG charities.
- Provide timely admin and engagement support for fundraising initiatives.
- Provide meaningful supporter recognition through calls, handwritten cards, and careful donation management.
- Liaise compassionately with funeral homes, cemeteries, and families.
- Assist with events, supporter recognition, hospital hub activities, and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Represent THRFG professionally at funerals, hospital hubs, and meetings.
- Manage donations in line with policies.
- Foster a positive and supportive team culture.
